The Asphalt Paving Division has seven crews and three high production hot mix asphalt plants. One plant is located in Atlantic, another in Crescent, Iowa (just north of the Omaha/Council Bluffs area), and two portable plants keep the paving crews stocked with quality paving materials for the state, county, and city projects in Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas.

Smaller paving projects such as parking lots, small town streets, track and tennis courts are completed by crews working out of Crescent, Atlantic and Des Moines.
